Warranty Coverage

Berfina Inc. warrants its products against manufacturing defects under the following terms:

5-year warranty

for fabric, aluminum components, roller motors and internal mechanisms.

3-year warranty

for vertical motors, motor batteries and remote controllers

1-year warranty

for smart wand, cordless systems, and vertical blinds mechanism

1. Conditions and Limitations

This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover any damage caused by the following:

  • Normal wear and tear that occurs over time.
  • Abuse, accidents, misuse, or alterations to the product.
  • Exposure to elements such as sun damage, wind, water/moisture, or excessive heat leading to discoloration or fading over time.
  • Failure to follow our instructions regarding measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance.

    • 2. Repair or Replacement Policy

    If a product is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, Berfina Inc. or its authorized dealers will determine whether the product requires repair or replacement. Repairs or replacements will be made using like or similar parts or products.

    3. Warranty Claim Process

    For warranty assistance, please contact the original dealer (place of purchase). When contacting us, ensure you have the following available:

  • Proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).
  • Description of the defect or issue.
  • Photographs and videos of the product, if necessary.

    • 4. Non-Transferability and Additional Terms

    This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
